Plantar Fasciitis Overview
Plantar Fasciitis is the inflammation and irritation of the thick fibrous band of tissue that extends from the heel to the toes. High arches, flat feet, overpronation, and further conditions can result in plantar fasciitis. The most effective long term plantar fasciitis treatment is the use of arch supports or foot orthotics.
