MacKenzie Orthotics was born out of modest beginnings and we brought the same honesty and integrity we had as a small brick and mortar business with us when we came to the internet.
This site offers the experience of Roderick MacKenzie, with 7 years as a physiotherapist and 10 years as a certified pedorthist. He has used many different types of foot orthotic sin his practice, and has found only a couple over the counter products he'd recommend...and developed a line of over the counter products himself. MacKenzie Orthotics was founded in 2000 by Roderick MacKenzie, BScPT, C.Ped.(C). Mr. MacKenzie started his carreer as a physiotherapist (physical therapist) in 1995 and soon decided to expand his expertise into pedorthics so he could open his own pedorthic clinic. He ran his pedorthic practice at several locations in Nova Scotia, Canada for nearly 10 years before moving to the neighboring province of New Brunswick where he has begun to shift his career into business.
The foot orthotics recommended on this site are some of the best available in the experience of Mr. MacKenzie and are what he always recommended to his patients.
