* Very similar to sport model with slightly less bulk due to thinner forefoot for easier fit into golf shoes. Will work with hiking and other sports shoes as well.

Most common uses: ball of foot pain, metatarsalgia, morton's neuroma, pressure, numbness, or tingling.  (Note: There are causes of numbness and tingling in the ball of foot or toes that cannot be helped by arch supports. If you have numbness or tingling, consult your physician.)
